Position: HMP/140 - Principal Mechanical
Engineer
Location: Farnborough, Hants
Role: To join one of our project teams based at our headquarters
in Farnborough, Hants. They will gain extensive experience
on a wide variety of challenging headquarters buildings, including
some of the largest, high-rise developments in the UK and
overseas.
Qualifications: HND/HNC or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
or similar. Candidates should preferably be a Member of the
IMechE or CIBSE or in the process of applying.
Experience: Applicants should have at least 10 years relevant
experience, at least 5 of which should have been in the role
of Senior Design Engineer. Experience should include city
type commercial developments (new build; refurbishment and
fit-out). The applicant should also be familiar with medium
to large scale commercial projects, particularly in the City
Of London and be capable of running projects and interfacing
with Project Teams, Clients etc. Experience in other market
sectors would be an advantage, e.g. residential and education.
Experience of working overseas will also be an advantage for
future development, particularly in the Middle Eastern countries.
